  • I offer several one-on-one virtual consultation options so you can choose what best fits your needs. These include:

    • 30 or 60 minute Zoom consultations

    • A comprehensive written behavior plan (with or without a Zoom call)

    • Follow-up consultations for returning clients

    Each option is designed to support different learning styles, budgets, and levels of complexity.

  • A Zoom-only consultation is a real-time conversation with no prior intake or written plan.

    You’ll have 30 or 60 minutes to explain what’s going on, and we’ll talk through the issues together. I’ll offer guidance, ideas, and next steps based on what you’re experiencing.

    This option works best for:

    • One or two focused concerns

    • Clients who want to talk things through live

    • Situations that don’t require a detailed written plan

  • A written behavior plan is a more in-depth, structured option.

    This includes:

    • A detailed intake process over email

    • Follow-up questions from me

    • Requested videos of your home and your cat(s) to better understand behavior and environment

    All of this allows me to create an individualized, comprehensive behavior plan tailored specifically to your household.

    If you choose to add a Zoom call, the call is used for follow-up questions and clarification after you’ve received the plan. Behavior plans are always sent before the Zoom call.

    Email-only support is also available in place of Zoom calls.

  • This option includes the same intake process (email discussion, questions, and video review), followed by delivery of the written behavior plan.

    It does not include follow-up questions or a Zoom call after the plan is delivered.

  • Yes. If we’ve worked together before on the same or ongoing behavioral concerns, I offer:

    • A 30-minute follow-up Zoom call

    • A follow-up Zoom call with an updated behavior plan

    These options are designed to help troubleshoot, adjust strategies, and support continued progress. If you have new cats or new behaviors, that would require a new consultation.

  • Because of my workload and past issues, I have specific timelines in place.

    • You have 90 days from payment to receive a full refund if no work has been done.

    • If you contact me after 90 days, a new consultation must be purchased.

    • Once your contract is signed, you have 30 days to submit required materials (information, follow up questions answered, videos, etc.). After 30 days, a new consultation is required.

    • After receiving your behavior plan:

      • You have one week to schedule your Zoom call

      • The Zoom call must take place within two weeks

    These timelines allow me to give your case the attention it deserves without having to restart the process due to long delays.
